Moffat and Macauley top seeds at Surfest 2023

SURFEST Newcastle Australia 2023 presented by Reflections Holiday Parks has attracted 175 athletes to its two marquee events set for March 20-26 at Merewether beach. Almost a quarter of the entire competitive field are internationals. The World Surf League Qualifying Series (QS) 5000 Burton Automotive Pro has drawn 116 male athletes – with 25 hailing from overseas. The QS5000 Speaking in Colour Womens Pro will host 59 surfers including 14 internationals.
