As a Newy local looking to etch his name on the MR trophy, Morgs is a tenacious competitor and Surfest regular. The former World Number 5 has had big results at Merewether in CT events in the past (scalping surf royalty John John Florence in his prime) and knows the Rocks Bowl as well as any competitor in the field. Could we see Morgs join Jacko Baker as the second local mens winner?
