As she propels women’s surfing through her new avenue down commentating and surf journalism, Jesse returns to Surfest this year outside of a comp rashie and is keeping the ball rolling in the momentum that is women’s surfing in 2024.
“Women have been making noise, we’re kind of getting more of the spotlight and it’s making us more aggressive because we want more of that spotlight now and it’s time the cameras turned over to the ladies side.”

Surfest 2025 will feature World Surf League (WSL) professional and amateur surfing contests including the opening event of the 2025 Challenger Series.
