CHIKO Pro Junior

ASP Australasia and Surfest, Newcastle Australia is excited to have CHIKO associated with the strongest, richest and biggest junior surfing series in the world. It is great to have such an iconic Australian brand such as CHIKO which is so synonymous with Australian culture on board as the naming rights sponsor of the CHIKO Pro Junior at Merewether, Newcastle.

As part of Australia's most iconic surfing festival, Surfest and the world's richest Pro Junior Series, the winner of the CHIKO Pro Junior will write their name amongst a list of surfing royalty.

The CHIKO Pro Junior will see four days of the hottest surfing action Newcastle has seen for many years. These young surfers won't hold back as they go for the title and the points on offer.

Accreditation is not required to take photos at the event.

Media accreditation is only required by media representatives who require access to the citadel that houses the organiser's offices, ASP offices, judges, announcers and competitors' rest and relaxation area.

Access to this area is available to media representatives who can demonstrate a significant track record of publication in a manner that is likely to enhance the profile of the event.

Media accreditation will be available to successful applicants at the event from March 7, 2012.

High-resolution digital images and vision for newspapers, TV and Internet sites will be available FOC via Surfests media department.
